Return Policy

If you need to return any damaged or incorrect stock, please send an email to sales@on1trend.com within 7 days of receiving the items. In your email, please provide your order number, name, style number, and reason for return. If the items are damaged, please also include photographic evidence of the fault. Once we receive your email, we will send you an acceptance confirmation email with a reference number and instructions on how to complete your return. Please note that all UK returns must be received by us within 5 working days, and all international orders must be received within 7 working days.

If you have received a packet with an incorrect ratio, we require that you return the entire packet to us.

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

- Enclose a debit note with your returned item(s).

- Return the goods in their original condition and packaging.

- We recommend that you return the goods by registered/insured post.

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

- Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned items.

- We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking charge on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.

- Your refund will be credited by the same payment method and/or the same card that you used for your original purchase.

- We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.

- Refunds may take 3-10 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's accepting process.
